What signs indicate a dead PC without any sounds or beeps?
I have a multimeter... using the guide you linked, I checked all the voltages on the motherboard cables, and everything came out perfectly. Even though I only tested without any load, I think it's fine. It seems the motherboard is the issue. Thanks again for your help.
