The fan should have the logo facing you.

It varies based on your audience and installation location. The guide mentions a directional arrow on some sides, though it isn't always present.

The air moves through the fan, then the radiator, and exits the case when you install it at the top. When mounted in front, place the fan between the radiator and case, with the logo pointing toward the case.

You're asking about the airflow direction in your system. It seems you're wondering if the three front fans should pull in air from the front and the two top fans should direct exhaust through the single exhaust fan. Confirming this setup would help ensure proper airflow and cooling performance.

Most people notice the design where the logo area pulls air in while the rest pushes it out. A single photo from the bottom is accurate—it’s removing air from the case. The three smaller ones seem to be reversed.

They're likely correct about these three fans. These four components—usually located at the rear—are often found on the exhaust side. Some models include a logo sticker on the back, but typically the front side displays fewer certifications or symbols. The back sticker usually shows more details. Unless it's an unusual fan design from NZXT that I'm not familiar with (which is why I added "probably" there).
