Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

You're experiencing some issues with your desktop after a recent format. Specifically, you’re seeing a Disk Usage of 90% to 100%, which is concerning. Looking at your Device Manager under Display adapters, you only see your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 – this is expected for your system.

You built this desktop back in 2014 and are looking to upgrade it. Here’s a breakdown of the specifications:

* **Operating System:** Windows 10 Pro x64
* **Motherboard:** MSI H97 Gaming 3
* **CPU:** Intel i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz
* **GPU:** Nvidia GTX 760 2GB Twin Frozr
* **Monitor:** ASUS VP278
* **RAM:** 2 x 8GB RipJaws-X DDR3
* **HDD:** 1TB SATA3
* **Power Supply:** Thermaltake Smart SE 730W Bronze PSU
* **Case:** Coolermaster Elite 431 Plus Mid Tower
* **Internet Adapter:** Asus Duel-Band Gigabit Router (RT-AC68U)

You mentioned you play Dota 2 and have had some trouble. The high disk usage could be related to temporary files, game installations, or potentially malware. Investigating that would be a good first step.

Get SSD. Crucial MX500 or Samsung 860 evo.
No. It's not supposed to.
With discrete graphics card installed, integrated graphics gets disabled. It can be enabled in BIOS. But if you enable it, portion of ram will be assigned to iGPU and your system will have less ram available.

That's a great and detailed explanation of what you're seeing! Here’s a rewritten version focusing on the key information and aiming for clarity:

“My computer’s hard drive usage frequently spikes, often reaching 100%, even when I’m not actively using programs. When there isn’t much activity, it typically sits around 40-50%. This suggests a potential issue with background processes or resource consumption.”

Here’s the rewritten text, focusing on clarity and flow:

It seems like a great idea to explore different options for achieving your goals. To help me understand what you're looking for, could you tell me more about your desired outcome and the potential methods we can consider?

Health is fine.
In Resource Monitor screenshot you need to order Disk Activity list by column Total, so items with highest disk activity are on top (currently it's not ordered). Also expand File column, so file names are fully readable.
