Your budget is quite tight. Those are euros. The RX 6600 and RX 7600 would work within it.
Other choices are beyond your price range (unless you consider used cards).

Yes, it's euros. I'm mainly looking at used cards, and the new RX 6600 is worth about 250 or more.

I would choose the RX 7600 – brand new, not used, and includes a warranty. Its performance is marginally better than the RX 6600 XT.
