It seems I'm probably not heading to art school anytime soon, right? The basement cable setup is pretty pricey compared to the ground floor, and I haven't received a quote yet. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in the thousands, especially since it involves moving up a floor. Also, yes—WiFi card! I haven't really thought about the tech stuff in seven years; Ethernet works just fine, haha. So I'm not sure I remember all the right terms anymore.

It's likely to cost more than expected, but I recall a few years ago Telekom offered around €600 for each extra distributor box installed (typically just one in the basement), or you could handle it yourself—it's not that complicated, though you'll need the proper tools.
