Make sure not to drop to 1.5v. I wouldn't exceed 1.375v even with adequate cooling (which you have).

3.75v?!?! Are you certain you meant 1.375v? Which kind of cooling are you using? I believe increasing it further won’t bring any benefits beyond shortening the APU’s life.

I meant 1.375. Oops. Right now I'm employing an air cooling setup along with two additional case fans.
