You should OC your RAM to whatever your BIOS recommends, such as XMP or EOCP, and stop there. Overclocking RAM is extremely difficult to do correctly, often leads to instability, and rarely provides any advantages compared to using XMP settings. Even though I appreciate you asking the question, it clearly shows a lack of understanding about PC components. It’s best to stick with XMP unless you have a solid understanding of timing effects.
