The BIOS password is necessary when powering on the PC.
Entering the Windows password is needed to access Windows.
It’s actually simple to bypass the BIOS password.
Modifying the local Windows password is also straightforward.
Changing the MS account password would be more difficult.
It seems impossible to alter it without having access to the account or recovery email.
