I've been experimenting with my Intel HD Graphics 620. After safely increasing my cores from 2.50GHz to 3.10GHz, I'm unsure about the optimal overclocking level for Intel XTU. I want to ensure it runs efficiently without overheating or damaging my system. What should be the ideal setting?

Just don't do it.
It might work on a desktop, but not on a laptop.
