What resolution do you play in?
1080p, 720p or any other resolution Insaniquarium Deluxe uses by default. I’m thinking about upgrading to 1440p later though, probably.
i was excited about ryzen and i really think it's a great thing, but i have a haswell i7 and it just doesnt seem worth upgrading for it. For someone that's wanting to build a PC right now, they would be insane not to go with Ryzen IMO, but for upgrading, especially from a decent i7, maybe not. i game at 4k when i can, but, R9 390 Nitro, so usually 1440p max settings. i can get away with 4k in source games
What stood out was my assumption about the display settings. I imagined a mix of 70% at 1080p, 20% at 1440p, and 10% at 4k. However, the primary screen doesn’t have a secondary with such higher resolution, making it less representative of the actual setup.
I play at 4K and aim for 1440p in shooters to boost FPS. I just got a Ryzen card, which makes sense because at 4K the difference is small and content creation really helps. Still, it depends on the situation, which is why I’m curious.
I actually operate at 780, though I can't recall it precisely... It seems like a strange idea my laptop came up with. That's why I'm working on this system.
4K resolution at 60Hz, using an Acer XB280HK monitor. It's a TN panel with a claimed 1ms response time. I'm getting two GTX 1080 graphics cards and plan to switch from my 6700k in a few months.
1080p at 60 frames per second, though it's actually an ultrawide 1080p...
