Regarding Vulkan API, it doesn't require special BIOS configuration, nor does it need to be downloaded separately. It should already be available with my AMD chip. It's merely a visual configuration within the emulator (the operating system and the emulator handle everything). You can simply change it and observe which one performs better for you.

It's probably already set up with your AMD drivers, as this is software and doesn't require enabling in the BIOS. In Dolphin, you need to specify what to use, which involves navigating to Graphics Settings>>>Backend>>>Vulkan.
