Great setup! The link points to Samsung BDE, and since it's already at 3600 cl14, it shouldn't affect anything further.
The b-die plays a minor role in Ryzen third gen. If your budget allows, you can opt for an RTX 2080 Super with 32 gigabytes of RAM.
I plan to upgrade to a 2080 super, but the RAM in the Netherlands is around 300 euros per stick of 2, making it seem like overpriced at that price point. I might opt for a 3600 CL14 for 16GB or a 3600 CL16 for 32GB instead.
