I received my new CPU today and replaced the old one, upgrading from a Ryzen 5 1400 to a Ryzen 5 4500 with 6 cores and 12 threads. My previous CPU is ten years old, so I don’t recall its specifications. After installing the new parts, my motherboard, CPU fan, and tower case are working properly, but my keyboard and mouse aren’t turning on, and the monitors still show no signal. I’m concerned something might be wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Check the provided instructions or the motherboard manual for details. Restart the system and then reinstall the original CPU to carry out the update.

It's best to apply all available updates, including the latest one and specific ones such as F25, F31, F40, F41, F51d, etc.
