About three years ago, my parents gave me a gaming laptop instead of a desktop. I’ve been saving up for a better one and figured out how much I could get if I sell it. I already have around $500 saved. The model is an ASUS ROG ZX50VW-MS71 with a 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 processor, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, and a 1TB hard drive spinning at 5,400 RPM. I’m not super tech-savvy, but I think it’s in decent shape overall—just needs a new keyboard and a fresh battery.

It’s likely you’re looking at around $400 to $500. I’d probably swap out the keyboard first before selling, especially if it isn’t a standout display. The storage space is also pretty modest, which might affect the price.
