What power supply unit is superior?

I intend to assemble an affordable gaming PC utilizing a Ryzen 5 2400G processor, an ASUS Prime B350M-A motherboard, 8GB of 2400MHz RAM, and I plan to add an RX 580 or RX 590 card in the future. I’m uncertain which power supply unit (PSU) would be more suitable: the Cooler Master Masterwatt, the Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite, or the Cooler Master MWE. Considering I'll be purchasing from a local retailer, here’s a ranking of these PSUs from best to worst, to assist me in making an informed decision given my limited budget:

A power supply with at least 450 watts would be adequate for that configuration; a 700-watt unit would be excessively powerful.

Previously stated, sufficient wattage applies. That particular construction will not consume over 400 watts from the electrical outlet.
