Because the PC stopped working unexpectedly when I turned it on due to power issues, it froze until I clicked the mouse and then functioned properly. Some programs that were supposed to launch didn’t open at all. After updating Windows 8.1 Pro, everything worked fine. Now it’s happening again even though the system is updated. What should I do?
