Expect a notable boost in FPS during low moments in MMOs. Usually, this is when performance truly counts. Consistent high average FPS while completing quests isn't the biggest concern. The real impact comes when engaging in raid systems or intense PvP fights, where CPU strain becomes critical. The 3600 is lagging behind the 8th gen Intel in these situations; moving up to a 5600x/5800x would make a big difference, especially for raids and large-scale PvP. You might even offset much of the 5600x/5800x investment by trading in the 3600, as they're currently overpriced.
