Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a 27" 144Hz monitor for gaming. My setup includes a GTX 1070 GPU, an AMD A10-7850K APU, a GA-F2A88XM-D3H motherboard, and 16GB of DDR3 RAM. When playing games such as Gears of War, the FPS is extremely low, rarely going above 50. I've adjusted various settings like Medium, High, and Ultra, but the performance remains unchanged. I'm hoping the GTX 1070 can improve its FPS handling. What might be causing this issue?

Model and age of your PSU, GPU used before the GTX 1070 upgrade, and whether you attempted to reinstall drivers via DDU or elevated command settings. Current BIOS version and OS version details provided.
