When I shut down my PC, it goes black and requires a forced shutdown. After restarting, green lines appear everywhere on the screen, forcing another restart to resolve the issue. I've reset Windows using factory settings and applied a clean graphics driver install via DDU, but the problem continues. Game performance is normal; only closing games causes crashes. It's unclear if this affects functionality, but the green lines move away from my mouse position.
