Hey! My computer had been randomly black screening and restarting without any type of warning mid game. The weird part is that it only happens well im playing certain games and not every game. i cant seem to figure out what the problem could be. Ive tried going to an nvidia driver from aug when my pc was running fine and im still having the same problem. I then updated to windows 11 and updated to the latest drivers to try and see if something with windows and it hasnt worked. Ive tried getting it to restart well running heaven and cinebench but iots failed to do so. Any recommendations of what to try would be appreciated!
Specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
32gig corsair ram
3060
Cx750 psu
Msi Mobo forgot what one it is tho

to examine the potential issue, visit userbenchmark.com and share the link to your result, such as https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730.
verify the system integrity by opening the command prompt as administrator and executing DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
access the elevated command prompt on lifewire and follow the instructions at https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-an-...pt-2618088.
perform a clean boot in Windows through the methods outlined on support.microsoft.com.

I’ve run into this when a power related issue is present. Can you try another psu? I worked for a pc manufacture for years and I would say that 9 out of 10 issues like this were fixed with a different psu.

I only have this psu available. What interests me is understanding how it might fail in certain games but not others. I didn’t think about that before, ngl

It depends on the system load. When it increases, the power drawn from the PSU also rises. There might be another cause. If the issue persists, you can replace another PSU and return it to Amazon. They make it easy.

You might be correct. I checked the event viewer, event ID 41, and task category 63. Reviewing numerous forums would likely confirm the PSU failure based on my findings.

Did you verify the SSDs for issues using the manufacturer's tools?
