Hi,
The configuration includes a modest team of five computers—two running Windows 10 and two with Windows 11—all from the Lenovo brand, connected to three shared network printers. All devices are able to print to every printer without issues.

The affected machine is an older Windows 10 system that has been upgraded to a new Lenovo ThinkCentre running Windows 11. It was originally set up with Windows 11.

This particular printer supports printing to two of the network printers but not the HP LaserJet P3015 model. I added the printer using its IP address and selected the driver from the prompt, which worked fine until attempting a test print in the Printer setup dialog caused the Print Queue to fill, pause for a moment, then return to idle without any output. Printing through any application doesn’t produce results.

I’ve tried a temporary fix by sharing the printer on another network device, but I need a permanent solution so each computer can still print to any available printer as it has been before.

Could you help me identify the issue? I’ve already tried troubleshooting steps, but no clear guidance was provided.
If necessary, I’m open to replacing the PC and reinstalling Windows 11 (do you have a source for that?).

Thanks.

I discovered the following information. I had to reinstall the OS, and as @ubuysa advised, use the driver from the provided link. The standard Windows driver isn't compatible; you must switch to the v7.3 version.
