I'm having issues with my old Lenovo laptop where the CPU temperature reaches 103°C during maximum use. I'm trying to lower the voltage but don't know how. Could you help me out? Thanks in advance.

Might be worth some disassembly, new thermal paste & dust removal before you go that route. Especially if this is a fairly new occurrence and it was ok before.
I believe IntelXTU can be used to undervolt though, if you decide to go that route:

Nope :c The IntelXTU isn't functioning properly—it looks like it's locked or something. I've already changed the thermal paste and cleaned everything inside, but the temperatures remain just as high as before cleaning.
