Hi guys, I have a decent netbook that I'm using for gaming and I was wondering how to boost the FPS in Just Cause 2. It's an HP Pavilion 15 model with the 15AF112NT chipset. I don't have the funds to upgrade to a budget gaming PC yet, and I'm currently running at around 9 FPS on the lowest settings. Any suggestions would be really helpful!

It is not a netbook (these had 10.1" screens), and is not that "crappy".
Specs
There's something else which holds you down. Start with fresh Windows install (with 8gb RAM, you should put 64-bit), update drivers, install updates, install your game only (try to live without antivirus, at least for benchmarking).

I'm afraid not much can be done except to lighten the load on windows by turning off all unnecessary programs from startup, run it with charger and set Power saving option in Windows to High performance.
