What methods exist to increase CPU speed and reduce voltage during idle?
I performed a medium overclock on my I5 750, raising it from 2.6ghz to 3.7ghz. Now, the CPU is consistently receiving 1.392V. My clocks decrease when I enable C1E, C3/C6 state support and EIST, but the voltage stays at 1.392V even when idle. Some people recommend adjusting the CPU Vcore and dynamic Vcore. I left them set to auto for testing, but I encountered a blue screen at startup. Since I mostly browse the internet, I don’t want the CPU to constantly draw 1.4V. Any advice would be very helpful. If you have control over voltage adjustments, modify them accordingly, lowering them until stability is achieved. Ensure Prime95 runs for roughly an hour to confirm reliability.
Thank you, I will maintain the CPU Vcore voltage consistently but attempt to reduce it slightly to 1.35v-1.25v manually. Can I allow all other voltages to auto-adjust? Regarding the power-saving feature, opinions vary—some enable it while others disable it. Everyone seems to have a different perspective on this. What are your thoughts?
Keep power saving active from the beginning, since together with undervolting it will help your CPU operate more coolly.

I will allow the power saving features to remain disabled for now. If I wish to reactivate them later, which one should I turn on, disable, or let auto handle?
