On any operating system or mouse, I experience mouse lag. When moving the mouse from right to left, the changes on the screen appear about a quarter of a second later. I have tested various mice, both affordable and high-end, across different OS versions such as Windows, 8, Windows 10, Debian, and Fedora. The cursor delay remains consistent. How can I resolve this issue?

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:

SSD/HDD:

PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model, and the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
For the operating systems, mention where you obtained the installers from.

Always correct direction?
Are you employing a mouse pad?
Turn the mouse pad 180 degrees or attempt a different mouse pad or host surface.
