I have a system that’s starting to feel outdated. Would you like to refresh it gradually?
Consider these steps: upgrade the dual processors, upgrade the raid controller, swap SAS drives for SSDs.
Please share any input on how to run tests before and after to measure improvements.
A single app that displays metrics and compares performance would be ideal.
Thanks.

Even though a few individuals dislike it, it provides a general overview of your system.

Thanks for the reply. I'll need to verify that one. It seems likely it was the tool I used recently that disliked raid controllers, possibly because it didn't display stats for the hard drive performance—maybe just inconclusive.

Sometimes the information isn't current, and you need to check that no background processes are active.
