I'm using GoFullPage extension for Google Chrome which allows capturing screenshots while scrolling with a single click on the button in the upper right corner, but if the window is a pop-up there isn't one. How can I take a screenshot on such windows? I understand that copying the URL and pasting it into a regular Chrome window is possible, though very inconvenient. Hope I'm understood.

If your present application doesn't meet your requirements, try another one. Greenshot or the sniping tool included with Windows.
