I don't understand how they manage this task. Could anyone help me learn how to do it? Or is there someone who can explain the process?

With a well-binned chip, AMD would have utilized it in a 5800x model, which would have fetched a higher price.
If you wish to try it out, go ahead.
Just ensure you avoid accidentally exceeding the voltage limits that might harm the chip.

Google is your companion.
The outcome depends on the equipment you possess.
Your goal would be?
If you're running the latest models, boosting performance might not yield much benefit.

My setup includes an R5 5600X (administrative), MSI X570 Mega Ace, MSI Mag CoreLiquid 360R (powered by SilverStone Airblazer 120W), Corsair Dominator RGB Platinum 3600MHz CL19 White (considering a 3800MHz CL16 OC), and an Aerocool Strike-X 1100W 80+ Gold. GT1030 (administrative). My case has three 120mm fans on the front, three 120mm fans on top, and one 140mm fan at the back. The case is an Asus TUF GT501 White.

I wouldn't bother with any overclocking attempts.
The 5600X offers minimal room for improvement, so any performance gains would go unnoticed.

Considering you already have a platinum sample, I think it's worth trying. My system is expected to reach 5600X 2600X tomorrow. I plan to install the RAMs at 3800 MHz CL16 OC.

The main concern is why you're looking to overclock. I notice the RAM model you're using, but what's the exact amount? If you're playing games and have at least 8 gigabytes, the biggest obstacle is likely the Geforce 1030 GT.
