My investigation shows there isn't a dedicated driver for this unit. I'm attempting to use it on two PCs with Bandicam, but Bandicam isn't identifying it. It appears to be listed under the Windows 'Camera' App. From the screenshot, it's present in Bandicam's list yet inactive—what steps should I take?

Yes, Windows 10 and 11 run very well in automatically locating and using the best drivers, especially for USB devices. Generally, users can connect and use them just as they were meant to work.

You might still want to visit the manufacturer's site and download an offline installer because sometimes Windows won't automatically find and install them.

If the manufacturer's page no longer lists a device due to its age, you can enjoy trying other trusted websites! 😊
True for any device or older configuration.
