What method is used to adjust the frequency to a particular value?
I got my HyperX RAM stick today working at 3200Mhz, while my current RAM runs at 2400Mhz. I need to bring both up to 2400Mhz without overclocking. My BIOS is the ASUS PRIME A320-MK, and both are already installed on my PC, currently showing 1200Mhz. I chose d.o.c.p in BIOS but only see two options—one for 3200 and another for 3000Mhz. Can you assist?
The RAM operating at 1200Mhz actually functions at 2400. Since the real data movement is twice the clock frequency, it's already meeting your expectations.
The video displays 2933Mhz in the task manager because that is the frequency it is detecting.
I want to adjust the 3200Mhz RAM to 2400Mhz to align with the RAM in my PC, ensuring it doesn't overclock.
