Compared to numerous other videos on YouTube at 60 FPS, I rarely encounter anything that matches the exceptional smoothness of certain ones. There’s a new link available. Anyone with advice would be appreciated. I’m using Premiere Pro, recording at 120 frames per second through OBS lossless. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Compromise on recording quality so you can attain performance and use a hardware encoder like NVIDIA NVENC, AMD VCE/VCN, or Intel QuickSync.
Like for one, I don't see a point in recording 120 FPS or in lossless. Especially when you consider YouTube crunches it down anyway.
Higher FPS enables frame blending in Premiere Pro exports, which improves smoothness. My results still show a blurry appearance, but others achieve seamless quality without it. Lossless compression also makes a difference, even when YouTube applies its own compression. I've already tested this myself.
Likely due to the lack of frame blending. If you truly don't want to sacrifice your recording configuration, you'll need a different machine to record the video. Using the same device that runs games will lead to processing issues. Additionally, because you're running a two-chiplet CPU, you'll have to make the game run on just one chiplet by adjusting its process affinity. Games usually face problems when they can switch between CPU chiplets.
