What method exists to refresh RAM firmware without using iCUE?

How can I refresh the RAM firmware without using iCUE? I’m dealing with a problem where my Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM keeps showing two red lights on the ends, which suggests it needs a firmware update that requires iCUE. Installing iCUE fixes this but creates audio latency issues in games. After updating, iCUE becomes unstable, so I remove it and then the RAM returns to the same problem. Is there another method to update the firmware without iCUE?

I have it fully closed, but the audio latency persists. It only resolves after uninstalling it, yet the problem reappears.

Thought so. Because this is first time I am facing this issue. But seriously to RMA would take very long. Will have to see what can be done. But it only seems Firmware issue. So if there a way to solve it. That be great. Lets see,

Reach out to Corsair support for assistance.
There might be a way to resolve the RAM issue without using ICUE.
If an RMA is mentioned, you could possibly arrange a purchase or exchange.
Corsair will send a replacement and reserve the cost on your credit card.
Once the defective RAM is returned, the reservation is released.

Could it be a conflict with something else? Which audio device are you employing? I’m not encountering problems with the icon, but I’m connecting via USB for a speaker or using an auxiliary output through a monitor.

Have you explored the Corsair Firmware update tool? Turn off iCUE, then apply the updater, restart, and reactivate iCUE to test.

However, it doesn't appear to work with RAM. I managed to update the firmware for the keyboard, but the RAM wasn't detected.
