This perspective is quite narrow and focuses heavily on a single approach. With more experience in network design, you may adjust your thinking or develop your own opinions based on the content you encounter. @johnyb98, do you have any further questions?

Hey everyone, thanks for your responses. Your guidance has really clarified things about the staff of mess and especially the CISCO CLI commands. At the moment I’m not asking any more questions. By combining what you shared, along with my studies on network architecture and reading more articles (as beersykins mentioned), I feel confident I’ll resolve all the issues I previously had. If I have follow-up questions later, I’ll return to this topic instead of starting new ones. For now, no further queries—your help is very valuable! Thanks a lot!

I'm here to help with theory on Proxies and ARP, configuration examples, or a mix of both. Let me know what you need!

Theory behind proxies involves intermediation between systems, ARP handles local network address resolution, and combining them enhances security and routing efficiency.

For topics outside configuration settings, I’ll look up general online articles. The information you need is consistent across sources, so you’ll get similar details everywhere. Edit: Cisco’s website content tends to be platform-focused unless you check their help forums, where answers are usually tailored to specific questions.
