Not listed in Steam. The game size is 11GB, but my USB drive has 16GB. The setting should be visible. No?
Have you informed your Steam client regarding that location and drive letter?
Is it typical for the process to take so long? I assumed DL speeds relate only to internet connection, not the type of drive being used. Is it odd that USB feels slower than an SSD, even with a recent USB device connected to a USB 3.0 port?
Are you sure this is the game you want to install? You might be able to relocate it to a USB drive...
