We need help with some important stuff, so we hire lawyers far away. To make sure everything works well, we have to talk to them all the time while we are working from our main office. Do you know any two or three special programs that fit this job perfectly?

I wouldn't focus too much on just "legal work." Instead, look at your specific security needs to pick collaboration software. Start by asking what tools your lawyer uses today and suggesting a few options. Keep in mind that many apps let you test them for free before buying. Create an evaluation plan so we can try things out, compare them, and see how they perform both on paper and in action. How easy is it to use? What features are there? Are there costs for computers or internet services? Just sharing some thoughts here. Maybe other suggestions exist too.

Lawyers say it's happening for real for once, and they're saying again and again to make sure things stay on track.

Just like before, judges usually decide how to write legal documents and files in a specific area. So it makes sense for you to use whatever your team is already using.
