That's my opinion, but I'm having trouble finding a GPU anywhere unless I place an order for a new one. If that's not an option, I won't be interested in purchasing another GPU. I'll keep trying to source it from other places and let you know.

I experienced a comparable problem recently following a Windows update. The screen became blurry, appearing with a thin white outline, even the BIOS screen. It was identified as a VRR issue that lingered after a system restore and only resolved when I adjusted the settings on both my computer and TV. At least I hope it wasn’t just the Windows update, so I decided to disable Windows updates for a week to ensure safety.

Consider if there might be electrical interference? Are all cables and wires properly arranged or just messy? Have there been any recent modifications such as new appliances, wiring work, or changes inside or outside your home?

Draw a diagram of your system and all connected devices, making sure to include every cable—power, video, audio, network, coax, etc. Check for any loops in the connections, like a chain from Device A to B to C to D and back to A.

Test if you can power your system using:
1) another electrical outlet on the same circuit, or
2) an outlet on a different circuit.

All cables are neat, there have been no recent modifications at my residence. I plan to attempt that again tomorrow, yet it's puzzling why this might occur or if it represents a problem.
