Hello, yesterday during a game I noticed everything was blurry. I checked the settings, tried a clean install of the GPU drivers, and even then it didn’t help. Now, when I play a game, the screen goes black for about four seconds and then becomes even more blurry. On my desktop, reading text is really difficult. I think my GPU might be failing. My GPU model is RTX 2060.

If it's hardware-related it might be:
GPU
The slot where the GPU is located [least likely]
The cable connecting the monitor to the GPU
The monitor itself
You might want to test with a different cable and monitor to rule out those two. Also, it seems you've restarted the machine.
You could also attempt WIN+CTRL+Shift+B
Another software-based troubleshooting step could involve checking if your motherboard has any BIOS updates installed

Additional details required:
Provide complete system hardware specifications and operating system information.
PSU: include manufacturer, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, new, refurbished, used).
Gaming or video editing experience?
Disk drive(s): list make, model, capacity, and current usage.
Specific game(s) played?
Replace unknown parts with known functional components one at a time.
Check if the blurriness originates from the monitor or cable or remains with the computer.
If it stays with the computer, substitute a verified working GPU.

My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600g, a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550M, a Gigabyte P650B Bronze Plus power supply, Corsair vengeance RAM at 3200mhz, Windows 11 Pro, a 500gb SSD from Kingston, and a Samsung monitor at 165Hz. I bought a used GPU, and everything else was brand new. My monitor is connected to the system. I don’t play heavy games; I mainly watch Apex Legends and League of Legends. FPS stays around 170, which is consistently low, making things blurry.

I would suggest following the approach mentioned earlier.
If you have a spare GPU available, test using the current monitor/cable with the swapped GPU. If this resolves the issue, the problem lies with the GPU. If not, it may be the cable or the monitor. Next, remove those components and replace them with alternatives—this should aid in identifying the cause through elimination.
If you've tried all these steps and the issue persists, it might be related to the motherboard slot, though this is quite uncommon.

Sure, I'll try a different GPU tomorrow and let you know!

even after resolving the issue, you cannot focus solely on the GPU since the problem might stem from a driver-related concern tied to that specific GPU.

I just tested my 5600g GPU with another cable, but the problem persists. It seems the issue isn't with the GPU or the motherboard slot in the motherboard. I've only switched to different monitors without resolving it... I'm really confused about what's causing this.

You mentioned that your usual desktop remains unclear, suggesting the issue goes beyond display settings or refresh rate.

It is still happening even after restarting the PC and seeing the BIOS menu, with all letters appearing blurry. I've tested various solutions and changed cables, monitors, and drivers, but the issue persists. I consistently use 1920x1080 at 165hz, and the problem remains unchanged. I'm wondering if the RAM might be faulty.
