Hi all,
I have a budget of about 1000 Euro and am searching for a laptop suitable for editing and graphic design tasks like Photoshop and Premiere. I need a display that supports 100% SRGB. I believe an RTX 3060 and an Intel Core i7 would be a good choice. I’m unsure whether to opt for a gaming or workstation model and have preferences for MSI and HP Omen. Can I get a decent MacBook with this budget? What are your recommendations? Which models or series would you suggest? Thanks.

You're missing some information, details that were requested from this template.
To help you better, please fill in your budget and the size of the notebook you're considering.
For purchasing options, let me know if you prefer local e-tailers or online stores.
Are those the only applications you plan to use with the laptop?

Your budget ranges from approximately 1000 to 1200 Euros.
The notebook you are evaluating should measure between 14 to 16 inches in size.
You prefer a screen resolution of QHD or UHD; if this exceeds your budget, I will opt for FHD instead.
You require a laptop that is not heavier than 3 kilograms, whether portable or desktop.
The battery life you need is unspecified in detail.
If you wish to play games, you’d like to enjoy titles such as FIFA, COD, and The Last of Us, preferably with high settings.
You mainly use your laptop for photo and video editing using Adobe family applications.
You need a storage capacity ranging from 512 GB to 1 TB SSD.
If you plan to shop at specific websites, please share their links; otherwise, I won’t.
You intend to keep the laptop for 10 years or longer.
You require an optical drive such as DVD ROM/Writer or Bluray ROM/Writer, but this is not necessary.
You prefer the brand MSI, HP Omen, and Apple (in no particular order).
Your preferred country of residence is Hungary.
If you have any further details, kindly provide them.
I am aiming for 100% SRGB or a high Adobe RGB display, as I’ve been advised to purchase a workstation rather than a gaming laptop since my primary use will be editing.
Additionally, I need a webcam, quality speakers, and a back-lit keyboard.

Great! Are there any platforms that could show us the types of laptops available, or would you consider sending them from another country? I don’t know any Hungarian sites yet.

Thank you for the links! I focused on one site and refined the selection accordingly.
I reviewed the shortlist I prepared for your requirements; you can find it here:
https://aqua.hu/termekek/laptop-notebook...ml?filter=[price=76900,476000||stock=1||p=1|14%22||p=1|14.1%22||p=1|15.6%22||p=1|16%22||p=1|16.1%22||p=3|range-8-16]
After reconsidering the details, I’m leaning toward this option for internal specifications.
The Asus model offers a superior display quality, which is ideal if you plan to use your laptop during client presentations.

Thank you for your ideas. I’m looking for an RTX 3060 or a similar GPU within my budget. The Acer model works fine, but I’m considering MSI or HP Omen. These metal devices have a great design and I’ve noticed they last a long time. My current MSI model is reliable too.

Regarding the CPU, I’m unsure whether to choose AMD or Intel. Could you recommend which one is better for me?

Also, I need more suggestions—preferably MSI or Omen. It’s hard to pick one because I see many models in the same series, making it tough to find the best fit. One thing that stood out is that an Omen device I found supports 100% SRGB.

Looking forward to your help. Thanks.
