Heard the game has pretty graphics. I've checked many versions on the Windows Store. Not sure which one to pick. Also, does it include a 2-hour refund policy like Steam does?

Forza Horizon 4 is the latest title, and AFAIK is actually quite well optimized compared to other games. I don't know anything about refund policies.

Horizon 4 stands out as the top choice among Horizon titles. You can explore a demo to see what it offers. Motorsport 7 is highly recommended, though it's unclear if a demo exists. Forza Apex 6 is available for free and functions similarly to Motorsport 7.

If you want something closer to a racing sim (think Project Cars or Gran Turismo) then go with Forza Motorsport 7.  If you want a more casual laid back experience with an open world to explore, go with Forza Horizon 4.  I think the Horizon series is great.  Both 3 and 4 are excellent.  4 seems better optimized than 3 as it runs better on my PC.
If you're unsure about which "editions" to get, just start with Standard.
