I prefer solo gaming without friends and avoid voice tools like TeamSpeak or Skype (keyboard works).
My machine is a low-end laptop that struggles with most games at 60 FPS.
FirePole specs: Intel Core i7 Q720 @ 1.60GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GT 230M, 4GB RAM, 1366x768 screen.

I could recommend firepole simulator... it looks like it might be available at a special price on Steam ATM. While you explore that option, I believe most people would value some extra details about your setup and the kinds of games you enjoy. If your system isn’t up to par, we shouldn’t suggest Far Cry 4.

It's a solid quad-core processor from around 2009 with a 1GB GPU in what seems like a laptop. For competitive play, a mid-range turn-based game like Age of Wonders could work (may run a bit slower). If you prefer role-playing, Divinity: Original Sin should handle it fine—just confirm the version you choose. FPS details will depend on others' experiences at this level.

Enjoy playing Hearts & Stone—it's a fun game that doesn't put much pressure on you.

I'm not sure why you're asking about Hearthstone. You mentioned preferring LoL, which might be more relevant for your question.

Maybe not really. I haven't played Dota 2 or anything similar.

If you enjoy MOBA games, you might face some challenges. Right now the top four titles are DOTA2, LoL, Heroes of the Storm, and Strife (I’m pretty sure that’s the right order). All four mention needing at least 2Ghz CPU or higher. I’ll admit LoL should run smoothly if you lower the settings, and it’s free—so you can definitely give it a shot.
