it's the real keyboard, if it occurs on two different computers.
it might be that the switches are installed incorrectly, I wouldn't know if it can be fixed.
depends on how much you spent.
who manufactures the keyboard?

I purchased it a year ago from a nearby shop. It is the Aula F2058.

They at least have an online presence =
https://www.aulaindonesia.com/f-2058-ful...?o=terbaru
but there’s no mention of a warranty.
Was it always this way or did it change recently?
I think the home and end keys might be mixed up, making it hard to tell, especially since some keys are unclear in function.
Does the scroll lock function properly?
Are the other keyboard keys normal?
I wonder if everything is controlled by the same chip, and I haven’t taken back a keyboard to check.
From what I see, taking it apart probably wouldn’t help much. Not the same model.
I assume the keyboard’s firmware tells Windows which key was pressed, but it seems to be failing.
There’s a guide here to remap keys:
https://au.pcmag.com/keyboards/88427/how...r-keyboard
That would be the easiest solution—just fix it in software.
Or you might get used to the keys being misplaced (this could work now, but when a proper replacement comes it would require retraining).
Or maybe the only real answer is that this keyboard is a new one. It might not be from the same manufacturer.

The issue isn't about incorrect key combinations. When I press pause and the keyboard and ptrscrn are together, it causes the system to treat them as a single key press, which prevents using pause. It feels like pressing both keys at once.

Sure, is it dusty? Hair or debris under the keys? I usually only notice repeat key presses, not multiple keys at once. It seems unlikely for the keys in question. I’ve tried removing the keycaps to check if they’re dirty. A replacement keyboard might be your best option.

I open the keyboard as shown in the video, clean it, but didn't find anything. Also, I haven't eaten or drunk anything on the keyboard. Just yesterday I had this issue. I can't send a screenshot to you.

It functions adequately and performs similarly again.

Dust may accumulate on the keyboard and hair even if you don’t intend it. It tends to collect under the keys rather than inside the keyboard. Image sharing through Imgur requires setting up a user account; click on New Post to access the next screen where you can upload images. Hold Ctrl while selecting files in the explorer to choose multiple images. After uploading, the images appear on the next page. Right-clicking an image displays additional options once it’s visible. Forums. I need to spend a few hours but will check this later.
