What keys are being pressed when other keys are activated?
Hi, I own a keyboard with blue switches. It’s not old—just bought it about a year ago, so it’s my second one. When I press the right arrow key, it sends a left signal. The same happens with pause press, prtsc, pgup, insert, and pgdn pressing delete. I tried changing the USB port, removing it from Device Manager, opening the physical keyboard, and following troubleshooting steps from Windows. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your time.
Try a clean boot and observe if it alters the outcome — follow the guidelines carefully. Ensure no Microsoft services are disabled or Windows won’t load properly. This method doesn’t remove anything, just prevents non-Microsoft programs from starting with Windows. If it resolves the issue, it likely points to a startup program. this initiates a blue menu restart
select troubleshoot
advance to advanced options
pick startup settings
click the restart button
select a safe mode (any number will work)
the system will restart and enter safe mode

As I mentioned earlier, I test various USB ports. I have a Gigabyte b450m-ds3h motherboard and a Ryzen 5 2600x with 16GB RAM, and I might not have used safe mode.
