I haven’t owned a 7000 series card yet, but based on the benchmarks I’ve seen it performs very similarly to the 6800xt, which is the one I currently have. I believe you’ll be pleased with it—it should run a bit faster than my current card. For comparison, here’s a look at the 4060ti. Watch the video: https://youtu.be/n6G1aSKXCEc?feature=shared

Just confirming the setup seems to need a 700 watt PSU. I recall you were checking the PowerSpec model. You might want to ask them about that. It would be wise to upgrade to an 850 watt unit just for a bit more capacity. If you’re certain of your needs, you can add it to the cart and complete checkout without paying, and they’ll have it ready at the reservation desk while you settle in the store.

Thanks for the update. I plan to purchase a higher wattage power supply. I noticed some available at discounted prices from trusted manufacturers.

Do you require a case, storage, and a CPU cooler as well? If yes, here’s the plan I would take.

Hi helper800,
The 7699x3d bundle is out of stock at my store. I have two options: the AMD kit or the Intel kit. Which one should I choose? If both have similar specifications, which motherboard would be preferable? Also, what about software considerations?

Intel will perform better when you’re handling production tasks, but for gaming AMD seems to have a minor edge. We’ve discussed this before. Right now I own an Intel machine, which puts me in a good position, though remember LGA 1700 is essentially a dead socket. After the 14th generation there won’t be any upgrades. With AM5 they should still support it through 2027. That means you could upgrade to a better chip around 2029-2030, depending on developments. AMD will offer more upgrade flexibility in this case.
If you’re considering the AMD bundle, there’s an option to add about $30 extra for the 9700x within the same package.
Since I’m already committed to an Intel system, I’ll probably switch to an i7 14700 and stay there for a while.

The chances of upgrading in the future are quite low. I mainly use a Mac, and this computer is intended solely for gaming. I’m looking for something reliable with good software. I won’t purchase a Gigabyte motherboard after seeing the software on the PC I returned. I’ll do some research to find the best option for me.

I understand that but I'm not sure about it. I was certified for a few years and still don't really like them, that's just me.
Focus on the power supply is important—even with great parts, a poor quality one can cause problems. It might be expensive, but this is the power supply in my setup.

The item I linked is almost half the cost and equally good.
