I can reset the CMOS, but I'm uncertain if it's feasible to update the BIOS when the MB doesn't illuminate at all. Regarding the debug lights, they remain inactive—no blinking, no movement, just complete silence. The only visible change is the logo on the MB lighting up and altering colors when I switch the PSU on. That's the only thing I can observe.

I’ve studied the images closely, but nothing stands out. Have you attempted to start without the Renegade? Anything in the BIOS you could delete to reach the update? If you can’t manage it with just the CPU and RAM, perhaps the power cable isn’t properly connected or is pointing to the wrong port.

Thank you for your effort!
I haven't started booting without the Renegade yet. I plan to try it tomorrow if I have time.
I've repeatedly disconnected and reconnected the power cables, making sure they're firmly connected. It's challenging to attach them to the incorrect PSU port — not just because of the labels, but also due to the pin layout that makes it hard to insert a cable into the wrong slot. Still, I've checked the pin shapes on the cables — identifying which are square and which are rounded — and confirmed they fit the correct PSU port.

You can update the BIOS using only the 24-pin power connector and the USB stick containing the BIOS file. It seems you should rename the BIOS file to ASUS.rom. As suggested by ColGeek, you might want to try again with just the CPU and a single RAM stick in the A2 slot. If that fails, it might be better to go through an MMO repair.

In the end, there were two problems with the build: the BIOS and the ATX cable.
The BIOS that came with the MB didn't recognize 3 out of 4 memory slots and couldn't manage the memory on the fourth slot. This required a flashing process. Now it's running the latest version available on the ASUS website.
The ATX cable that came with the Corsair PSU was extremely hard to remove from the MB. It seems it might have been damaged during my efforts to connect it properly. One of the contacts wasn't supplying any current to the MB unless I pressed it from the side toward the edge. As soon as I stopped pressing the MB, it would shut off. Therefore, I had to purchase a new Corsair ATX cable (which isn't inexpensive).
Now everything is working correctly.
