My son’s computer experienced a BSOD recently, and despite trying all solutions, I’m still stuck. The main issue was being unable to boot into safe mode to save settings. They suggested removing the CMOS battery, but now I’m facing these new screens. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check if the standard boot device is correctly configured in your boot settings. Review recent changes or installations before the crash to identify any issues.

I’m not completely certain about the reason. My son mentioned he was attempting to download something, not knowing precisely what it was, and he also mentioned deleting some files.

Sorry if I’m coming across a bit awkward, but how can I confirm the default boot driver is configured correctly?

It seems the HDD is currently configured as the primary device. To confirm, during startup the system transitions directly to the BIOS. That's accurate.

Use the manual boot selection feature to choose the HDD and observe any differences in behavior.
