Have you looked in the task manager for unusual behavior? Also, I wouldn't rely on GPU Tweak 3. Although it's officially from Asus, would you like me to remove it for troubleshooting?
What should I check specifically? If you mean some service/application that is consuming a lot of my PC, no, there is nothing. The task manager looks normal.
