What issues are affecting my computer?
Hello everyone,
I recently assembled my first PC after many years of anticipation, but it hasn’t turned out as expected yet. When attempting to turn it on, nothing happens at all. I’ve already tried reconnecting, switching power cables, removing unnecessary parts, and resetting the CMOS. The 24-pin connector passed the paper clip test, which allowed the fan to spin on the PSU.
Could anyone share advice on resolving this issue? Also, please note this is the second PSU I’ve used. The first one failed completely, causing me to purchase a new one before this one arrived.
Here’s the parts list for reference:

This situation might have led to system damage.
Was the PSU modular?
Have you replaced all modular PSU cables with new ones?
Modular cables aren’t compatible across different PSU models.
Using incorrect cables could harm or destroy connected hardware.
You removed the motherboard from the PC case.
Only the CPU, cooler, and RAM are installed; a power switch may still be connected.
Install the graphics card (since the CPU lacks integrated graphics) and connect the monitor.
Plug in the PSU cables into the motherboard (24-pin connector and 4+4-pin PSU power connector).
Avoid connecting any additional components such as front panel ports, USB devices, storage drives, or RGB equipment.
Attempt to boot your PC.

Thank you for the guidance. It seems the issue might be related to the CPU cooler. Removing it, reapplying thermal paste, and reinstalling it restored the system's operation.
