both rams function properly, lighting up once connected and powered on. however, only the debug led appears on the cpu, while the DRAM shows a yellowish color. when i tried using the one that worked on A2 (also functional on B2), it displayed a message saying "fail to overclock" or similar, suggesting I overclocked it on A2 and was limited to BIOS settings. it boots Windows fine, so it seems like a BIOS-related issue. i’m not sure what to do next.

this is the memory model TF4D416G3600HC18JDC01
i hope it’s compatible

The 450W Bronze PSU and GPU require a 550W power supply, but it won't attempt to overclock the system right now. Also, has the BIOS been updated recently?

The most recent change has returned everything to normal at 2400 MHz, yet it's still unclear why the PC starts with this configuration while not working with the other one.
