Sorry, I haven't finished yet. I haven't connected the other RAM stick yet, and you mentioned I need to download another bio.

MSI Center will do that for you. You have the option to check for system updates in that app.
Or, you can manually install the latest BIOS with the USB inside bios

The update mentioned in the live update allows downloading certain items, which I did, but I’m not sure if it’s related to connecting another RAM stick or if I can install the latest BIOS smoothly.

You need more details about the items included for download. The available list doesn’t specify exactly what’s being shown, so it might not be as straightforward as a simple click update. The provided list has been confirmed by MSI, which means it should work without issues if you’re concerned about compatibility.

Nothing in the bios only relates to Bluetooth, but as I was typing this I went to an advanced update on mis center and wondered if I should download MB BIOS MS-7c95 or just keep using the old drive since people say it's better now.

It isn't displaying the version. However, it will appear once an update becomes available. You're currently using v-29 version from January 2022, so please proceed with the update.

It only displays versions like 2.90 online 2.10, but I wonder if updating to the newest BIOS would allow me to use the other RAM stick without issues? No, it still won’t boot with two sticks even after the BIOS update went smoothly.

Amd ryzen 5 5600x
XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600 8GB
MSI PRO B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
Team T-Force Delta RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB)
ASUS TUF GAMING 450W Bronze PSU,
Corsair 4000D Airflo
The main issue I’m facing is with the two RAM sticks. I know I should install them in slot 2 then 4, but the PC only boots when there’s RAM in slot 2. When I try to put it in slot 4, a debug LED appears on the DRAM, and the RGB lights come on too. The problem is that the PC still doesn’t boot properly. HEEEELp

When placing the pair in A2 and B2 as per your manual and not starting up, have you tried using each stick separately in A2? Do they both function correctly?

Are the memory details shown in the compatibility list visible? You can locate them quickly by entering the model number into the search field.

If you agree to all points above, consider booting with one stick and verify the BIOS information—updating if necessary. If that doesn't work, reach out to support for an RMA.
