This game was designed primarily for controller play, so it might lack a strong attack keybind setup. I appreciate the game but I’m not sure about the best key/mouse arrangement. Your feedback would be really helpful.

I believe there isn't a perfect keyboard and mouse combination for this game. A controller offers the most comfortable setup since it allows you to move around freely in any direction.

Have you ever relied on light attacks? Were you just focusing on magic-only strategies? It's tough to defeat enemies in the highest difficulty setting without using strong attacks.

I completely understand but I only have PS4 controllers with me right now, and if I connect them it stops working.

Actually, I relied mainly on light attacks since I designed it that way. Also, I restarted the game, and heavy attacks are assigned to shift plus the left mouse button.

By default the item came unmapped. I attempted to change it to heavy attacks on right click, but then considered blocking. It's essential to block in this game, particularly at higher difficulties. I might try using a PS4 controller since it removes the sound.

Turn off the PS4's headphone jack in the sound settings.

I connected my PS4 controller after several months and everything functions flawlessly without any adjustments needed. This was my first experience in 2018, but it didn’t work properly then. A Windows update might have resolved the issue.
